Drunken noodles is a must have dish! Place is great for getting together with friends, going on a date, or just for a relaxing Thai food dinner. Try the Tom Yum soup. It is great too!

The food here is excellent. Clean, flavorful, and fresh. The environment and service prevents a five star rating. There are no private tables here. We spent our meal w a very obnoxious child standing backwards in her chair staring at us the entire time. Not fun. The service was pretty good but there was a period of time after we were done eating where we were completely forgotten and I had to go ask for to go boxes and our check. Outdoor seating looks very nice too. Again, the food is a sure thing, hopefully the service was a one time blip. I will come back.

Went out to dinner the other night with my girlfriend and another gal pal of ours. We agreed we were all tired of the local burger and pizza joints and the repetitive fast food circle we were trapped in, so we decided on something different. Bring on the thai food!

I've never really had thai food before, but this stuff was pretty good. Although the portions were real small, i got the Bai-Yok salad, the seasonings were good and the sauce it came with was nice too. I'm not very big on spicy, so I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the "mild curry chicken" in my salad. My girlfriend had Thai Spicy salad with the grilled sirloin. It was a bit spicy for me, but like I said, I don't do spicy.

Just to make sure we were all full by the end of the meal, we also ordered the jasmine rice. Yum. I've never had anything but plain white rice or brown rice, but this was a very subtle flavor that i thoroughly enjoyed...especially when our waitress refilled the bowl twice!

The decent meal was finished off with dessert. Fried bananas with coconut ice cream. (you get your choice of ice cream, but coconut is my girlfriend's favorite). Oh goodness gracious me. I could have eaten this dish all freaking night! They were freshly made, crispy, hot, and full of delicious banana goodness.

4 stars for this. I admit it was good food, but I could have dealt with bigger portions for the salads. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu tho. The price was incredibly right. $45 for 3 people for dinner! I'm a fan. It was a bit loud in the restaurant, I almost had to yell across the table at my friend for her to hear me, but then again, it was 7:30 at night. It was a good experience tho overall.

Thai Basil serves upscale Thai food. A great place for a date - it was my husband's choice for our first date, actually. Food is generally solid, but the Massaman Curry is to die for. Pray that it's the special when you...  Read more reviews ›
